My first resource is related to wikis. Specifically, I would encourage you to try Wikispaces. This is a great tool for adding wikis to your curriculum for instruction, projects, and assignments. In addition to it's flexibility, Wikispaces is easy to use. Try it, and I think you will enjoy it.
